TPS-3523 Electrical Actuators in the Engine
Objectives
This course introduces the student to a comprehensive understanding of the various Actuators, which controls the vehicle operation like: fuel injection valve EGR valve, active charcoal canister valve, solenoid, electronic transistor driver, the electrical relay, PWM and DAC analog control, DC and Stepper Motor control and others.
Checking & Troubleshoot the Electrical Actuators in the engine.
The module comprises of pre-assembled printed circuits, escort by relevant diagrams and drawings. A control unit that is integrated in the module, controls the various devices functions, and enables fault insertion and troubleshooting.
Description
The system is stand-alone, containing all the necessary electronics components needed for performing the experiments.
The experiment area is in the central part of the trainer including circuit drawings, test points and peripheral connectors.
The circuit board upper side includes visible component circuits protected by sturdy transparent cover.
The trainers can be used as stand-alone modules or as a part of a full computerized classroom or laboratory, by means of suitable connectors.
